Food Service Supervisor Harveys 2265, Location Windsor, ON. Salary 16.55 hourly / 30 hours per week. Full time, Weekend, Shift, Flexible Hours. Starts as soon as possible. Benefits: Other benefits. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food. Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Estimate and order ingredients and supplies. Ensure food service and quality control. Prepare budget and cost estimates. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Prepare and submit reports. Establish work schedules. Supervision, 1 to 2 people, 3-4 people, 5-10 people. Food service counter attendants and food preparers.
