Job description
Samara Framing Ltd. is in need of 1 Heavy Equipment Mechanic to join its’ team immediately
Job responsibilities:
- Clean, lubricate and perform routine maintenance work on equipment
- Adjust equipment, repair, or replace defective parts using hand and power tools
- Test repaired equipment for proper performance
- Make sure that work meets manufacturers’ specifications
- Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment
- Check bulldozers, cranes, and other heavy construction equipment for proper performance
- Inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
Job Requirements:
- Completion of Secondary School
- Completion of 3-5 year apprenticeship program OR 2-3 years of related work experience
Job Terms:
- Wage: $46.00 per hour
- Job Location: Based out of 5537 185A Street, Surrey, British Columbia – V3S 8S1 and Various Locations Across the Lower Mainland
- Hours: 40 hours per week. Full time, permanent position
