- Lead and manage all retail store locations, sale and brand events
- Create and manage budgets at the National and Store level to maintain expected profitability.
- Responsible for sales, PnL’s, strategy and objectives in all retail sales channels.
- Collaborate with senior leadership team for future development and management of all new store locations.
- Work with cross functional departments to support company initiatives cascading successfully in the retail channels.
- Ensure visual standards are maintained to support brand image and drive the business.
- Build a talent pipeline of high performing talent, to support today’s business and new store openings. Leverage HR to support with people initiatives.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of a demonstrated track record in a national or multi-regional leadership capacity, within the retail sector.
- Knowledge of and experience in new store openings across Canada
- Exceptional communication abilities and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in fostering creative thinking and implementing inventive solutions.
- Detail-oriented and organized in managing multiple projects.
- Reliable transportation to travel between stores, events.
