Job description

Employment with housing included - wonderful opportunity .

Looking for a jack of all trades for our client located in the Wolfville area. As the live in resident manager - you will be in charge of managing the day to day maintenance of the apartment buildings.

If you have the ability to do minor maintenance including painting, light carpentry and general property maintenance this is a great opportunity.

Open to single, couples and small families.

Included : 2 bedroom rental unit, Telecommunications package , Power + Salary

Responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have a reasonable level of general maintenance skills and being able to paint would be a definite advantage
Administrative duties include : Reviewing , screening and interviewing applicants to the building, processing applications , responding to emails and phone calls
Cleaning : washing floorings, windows, vacuuming
General building maintenance

Qualifications
Previous experience as a handy man/women

Experience working in a janitorial role or maintenance role would be an asset
Ability to use hand tools and fix minor deficiencies
Comfortable working with other people and have excellent communication skills
