Our client, a leader in the Automotive Industry, is seeking a Service Advisor to join their team. As a service advisor you will be part of the service department, supporting the technicians and customers. The ideal candidate will have industry experience, customer service and a desire to learn which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Service Advisor
Location: Dartmouth NS
Pay Range: Wage based on experience
Whats the Job?
Explains pricing and work details to customers.
Working closely with the service department
Opens work orders for service appointments.
Using ordering software to order parts and supplies
Whats Needed?
Superior customer service, teamwork
Experience in a similar role
Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of parts and mechanical work in the automotive industry
