Duties:

– Prepare and make varieties of Asian/Fusion dishes and menus.
– Suggest and improve on existing menus.
– Determine appropriate food servings and proportions.
– Order supplies and equipment.
– Maintain inventory and records of food.
– Supervise and train kitchen helpers.

Requirements:
Completion of Secondary school
2~3 years of work experience in commercial cooking
$20.00~$23.00/hour, 30 to 40 hours/week
