Job description
Our client, a boutique public accounting firm, is looking for a Receptionist to join their growing Administrative team. Their administrators provide support allowing them to better serve their clients and their team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, has strong attention to detail and communication skills.
General Administrative duties: - Answering and forwarding phone calls, greeting clients
- Arranging couriers, ordering supplies, sorting and distributing incoming and outgoing mail
- Photocopying, scanning and client mailings (including electronic correspondence
- Typing of various correspondence and document
- Management and sorting of client correspondenc
- Assist with seasonal tax duties such as preparing tax packages as require
- Provide ongoing administrative and clerical support as requested to partners and managers
Job Requirements:
- Post-secondary education in office administration an asset
- Excellent computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
- Solid oral and written communication skills
- Exceptional client service and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks and work in a deadline driven environment
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team environment
