Job description

Are you a finance professional that also excels with technology and change management?

If so, we have a role for you, in Bedford, NS. This is a fully in office work environment where collaboration is key to success.

As a Process Improvement Specialist reporting to the Director, Finance & Shared Services, your job is to make things work better in the company.

**You must have a vehicle and driver's license as some travel is required**

Responsibilities
Making office tasks easier and cheaper by using technology.
Creating useful information from different data sources.
Leading projects to make things better, from figuring out what's needed to telling people about it.
Learning and helping others use financial tools and computer systems.
Finding and fixing problems in how things are done.
Working with different teams to make plans and provide training.

Working with the IT team to make sure projects are good quality, fit the budget, and work well.
Handling many projects at the same time for different parts of the company.

Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a finance job.
A college degree or similar in finance or technology.
Know-how in improving how things are done and managing projects.
Good at working with others and solving problems.
Experience with money reports and computer systems in manufacturing is a plus.
Training or a certificate in project management is a bonus.
Knowing Sage 300 software is helpful.
