Compensation: 90k + bonus + benefits + RRSP match
Location: Remote for now, but hybrid down the road from their location in GTA

What will you do?
Reporting to the head of Marketing, the Marketing Manager will manage the company’s largest portfolio leading marketing activities for the organization in both Canada and the US resources available include agency support, CRM databases and marketing automation tools.
- Develop and execute annual marketing and brand plans in support of organization strategy and objectives
- Execute campaigns in both traditional media and in social/digital platforms
- Execution of new product launches
- Lead cross functional teams to execute various projects on time and on budget
- Development of the marketing budgets and managing the budgeting process
- Work closely with sales team to develop tools and programs to grow the business
- Coordinate with internal and external agencies for the development of campaign assets
- Establish marketing automation campaigns to build loyalty with primary and secondary targets
- Develop and execute merchandising vehicles, packaging and POP materials for retailers in North America
Who are you?
- Proven experience in marketing and /or brand management roles in the building materials, construction, consumer goods or other relevant industry
- Experience developing lead generation campaigns leveraging marketing automation and CRM platforms; including developing lead scoring, nurturing programs, database management, segmentation and targeting
- Creative thinker that can develop unique out of the box programs that drive sales results
- Strategic mindset with strong project management skills
- Ability to analyze data to uncover trends and consumer insights
- Digital experience in both executing campaigns and analyzing post performance
- Experience successfully launching new products
- Ability to build business cases to support and recommend business proposals
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office productivity suite
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Google Adwords
- Strong copywriting and editorial skills
- Proven experience developing marketing plans that deliver measurable business results
- Strong analytical skills to both understand and optimize ROI of programs as well as the ability to analyze data to uncover trends and consumer insights
- Bachelor’s Degree in a business or engineering discipline
