Main Street Vaccines, an NDC Company - National Accounts Manager
Location: Remote
Position Summary:
This position is responsible for growing and maintaining membership while supporting members for the Main Street Vaccines program. Responsibilities will include membership and contract utilization growth, along with helping to develop new markets and execute on strategies.
- Sales and support of the MSV strategy, including trade shows, sales meetings, and ancillary value creation programs
- Explore the vaccine initiatives for MSV and grow membership both organically and through increased contract utilization
- Provide analysis of sales trends and recommendations to enhance membership performance
- Support and facilitate education for NDC Territory Managers in working with these segments
- Oversee the development of marketing material and communication to customer base, including monthly newsletter, promotions, announcements and launches
- Work with appropriate NDC departments and personnel to grow membership and manage MSV program
- Monitor competitive and industry activity
- All employees are expected to protect the confidentiality of patient health information
- Estimated travel 25% including member visits, co-travel and industry events as needed
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of healthcare sales experience
- Impeccable verbal and written communication, creative problem solving, excellent organizational, analytical, and follow through skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Specific experience in the vaccine or healthcare space in a sales, sales management, marketing management or general management role is preferred
- Proven leader with financial capabilities, membership management, and appropriate industry experience
- A strategic visionary with sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
- An intelligent and articulate individual, able to relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
- A good educator who is trustworthy and willing to share information and serve as a mentor
- Forward thinking and creative individual with high ethical standards
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Sales, sales management, marketing management or general management role experience in the vaccine space
- Master's degree in a related field
