Do you have customer service experience? Are you looking for a job on Montreal's South Shore?

Our client is a leader in contractor training and is looking for a customer service representative to join their dynamic team.

Position: Customer Service Representative
Industry: Construction
Salary: 22-25h/h
Condition : Permanent
Schedule : Monday to Friday 8h30 to 17h00 (37.5h)
Training: 2 weeks on site in Laval
Presential in Brossard

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include:

- Provide exemplary after-sales service to ensure customer satisfaction;
-Augmenter retention of members who wish to modify their license or take the
in addition to generating additional sales;
- Support the Brossard sales team.

Qualifications
Qualifications are:

- 2-3 years customer service experience
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Excellent command of French and English (part of our customer base is English-speaking)
