L & J Diamond Maintenance AB Inc. are looking to hire an Administrative Officer to join our Edmonton team.
We offer:
- Wage: $30.00 per hour

- Hours: 30 – 40 Hours / Week
Terms of employment:

- Work location: T6R 3V1, Edmonton, AB
Specific Skills:
- Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures
- Review, evaluate and implement new administrative procedures
- Delegate work to office support staff
- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Communicate with clients
- Coordinate and prepare work schedule
- Assemble and organise data, store paperwork, invoices and computer-based information, prepare reports, manuals and correspondence
- Assist with maintaining record keeping and filing systems
- Answer and respond to incoming calls and e-mails
- Classify, sort, and file all applicable correspondence, reports, and other documents
- Complete a wide variety of spreadsheet tasks by assisting in the preparation of administrative reports, summaries, tables, statements
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including invoicing
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
- Co-ordinate and plan for office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, parking, maintenance and security services
- Assist in the preparation of operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
- Carry out administrative activities of establishment
Qualifications and Skills:
- Must be able to communicate in English
- Education: College/CEGEP
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience
- Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel; MS Outlook; MS Word
