We provide risk management solutions for our clients with a team of security professionals, which are highly experienced & qualified. GardaWorld is currently hiring an Account Manager for our Protective Services business line. In this role, you will be responsible for the effective management of all issues in your assigned account portfolio with a focus on delivering a high level of service. You will be liaison for clients, GardaWorld team members and internal operations and act as the primary point of contact for client service, employee performance and incident escalation. Account Manager duties will include:
Account Manager Qualifications:
1 to 3 years experience in personnel management in a unionized environment
At least 2-4 years of previous security related contract management, facilities management, military or law enforcement experience;
At least 2-4 years of business management/operations/supervisory experience
Possession of an Ontario Security License would be considered an asset.
Ability to develop and grow customer relationships
Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment while having an entrepreneurial attitude
Key Competencies: staff management, financial management, integrity, problem solving, conflict management, time management, customer focus, timely decision making, motivating and directing others, drive for results
Available on-call twenty-four (24) hours per day, seven (7) days per week.
Experience in hiring, developing, motivating and retaining quality staff;
Ability to work in a team-oriented management environment with the ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple priorities, complex situations, a diverse team of employees and Client requirements on an ongoing basis
