Job description
A Production Supervisor, or Manufacturing Supervisor ensures the smooth running of processes on a production floor. Their duties include overseeing routine production activities, troubleshooting and solving issues that arise on a production floor and ensuring a safe and clean production workspace.
Training and development of operators to ensure proper execution of the defined processes. Assist with the management and planning of production / workload in accordance with business priorities. Continuous improvement of manufacturing processes to achieve cost, quality and delivery objectives.
Production Supervisors ensure all manufacturing goes smoothly and efficiently by closely monitoring how employees organize their workflows. A Production Supervisor is integral in a fast-paced production environment.
A candidate who can comprehend complex operations is important. Ensure the production process delivers high quality products in the most profitable manner.
