Job description
Administrative Assistant
Duties
- Greet clients with a warm and friendly demeanour
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic's calendar
- Answer phones and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Manage client files and update electronic medical records
- Process payments and handle billing inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or receptionist role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in computer skills including Microsoft Office
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
