WORK LOCATION/ADDRESS: Candidates are required to work atvarious locations in Lower Mainland, Greater Vancouver, and

FraserValley as per company contracts

TERMS OF EMPLOYMENT: PERMANENT FULL TIME

WAGE RATE: $30.50 PER HOUR (FOR 35-40 HOURS PER WEEK)

EDUCATION: SECONDARY SCHOOL (HIGH SCHOOL)

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS

LANGUAGE: ENGLISH

JOB DUTIES:
– Follow blueprints and building plans to meet the needs ofclients
– Measure, cut, or shape wood, plastic, and other materials
– Assemble and join materials made of wood, wood substitutesand other materials
– Construct building frameworks, including walls, floors, andother doorframes
– Fit and install windows, doors, stairs, moulding and hardware
– Build cabinets, vanities, tub and shower surrounds and otherprojects based on demand
– Frame room additions as needed for client
– Select and evaluate materials for defects
– Install cabinets, counters and molding
– Follow all code requirements for kitchens and baths inremodeling projects

WORK SETTING: THE CANDIDATE SHOULD BE AVAILABLE TO WORK FULL TIME IN THE DAY OR EVENING OR ON THE WEEKENDS AND ALSO READYTO WORK OVERTIME WHEN REQUIRED.
