Job description

Our client in Calgary is currently looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Receptionist to join their team in the North East right away! If you are looking for that next opportunity and want to work with great people along the way – read on!

Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests and direct them in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and handle phone calls and email queries
• Create spreadsheets and enter data in Excel
• Follow up with monthly reports
• Work with quotes and purchase orders
• Process payments in person and over the phone
• Support preparation of reports and documents as needed
• Able to work within a team
• Additional administrative support as required

Qualifications:

• Experience in a business administrative capacity is well regarded
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle private documents carefully
• Able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professional composure
• Self-motivated and able to work well independently
• Flexible to move between activities and duties quickly if priorities change
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

This is a comfortable Monday to Friday work week from 9 am to 5:30pm.
