Job description
Job Details:
- Familiarity with and understanding of the common sales practices.
- Previous experience as a sales professional will be an advantage.
- Assisting with sales of jewellery (extensive knowledge of jewellery not required, but is encouraged!)
- Responsible for responding to emails and social media inquires.
- Organizing and problem solving skills.
- Must possess basic mathematical skills.
- Must display interpersonal customer service and communication skills.
- Provide upbeat, professional service towards customers.
- Assist to handle customer queries via phone, or in person and resolve in a timely manner.
- Daily upkeep of store presentation and cleanliness.
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Must be a quick learner.
Job Requirements:
- Dress Code - Professional Business attire only
- Basic Social Media Skills - Facebook and Instagram
- Driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
- 1+ years of sales or customer service experience considered an asset.
- Knowledge of computers - MUST know Word and Excel.
- Strong communication and organization skills.
