Print and Mail Clerk

We are currently looking for a Print and Mail Clerk for one of our clients in the printing industry.

What is in it for you:

Hourly salary of $18.50.

12month contract.

Fulltime (37.50 hours per week).

Onsite presence is required.

Responsibilities:

Offer print copy and scanning services to client personnel using company devices stationed in the print room including the use of finishing equipment for tasks like binding guillotining and folding of printed/copied materials.

Provide assistance for print room and fleet devices addressing issues such as paper jams consumable replacement and troubleshooting with the goal of meeting contractual obligations and contributing to company targets.

Execute Document Processing Services encompassing responsibilities like managing hybrid mail (scanning inbound/outbound post).

Oversee stock including the management and ordering of consumables and paper supplies.

Manage ad hoc tasks and services including print procurement.

Report and monitor all print/scan/mail activities for reporting and auditing purposes.

Foster Operational Excellence and drive Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Assist the supervisor in daily duties related to the production print operation billing and tasks associated with the client.

Support account development by identifying growth opportunities and introducing additional services.
