Meridia Recruitment Solutions is excited to partner with STELIA Aerospace, an Airbus Group affiliate, in the search for a dynamic Director of Quality & Transformation to join their team in Lunenburg, Nova Scotia or Mirabel, Quebec.
STELIA Aerospace North America stands as a distinguished leader in designing, analyzing, and advancing advanced composite structures, catering to the aeronautic, defense, and space sectors. Supported by manufacturing plants, environmental testing facilities, and cutting-edge prototyping establishments, STELIA's operations span over 180,000 sq.ft of space. With their headquarters situated in Lunenburg, NS, and an additional site in Mirabel, QC, STELIA focuses on producing composite, metal, and hybrid sub-assemblies for prominent aeronautical industry players and delivering innovative global solutions.
Role Description
Reporting directly to the CEO & Managing Director, the Director of Quality and Transformation holds an integral role within STELIA's operations. In this role, you will lead a team of dedicated quality professionals, responsible for guaranteeing the meticulous adherence to the rigorous standards set by STELIA’s aerospace manufacturing clients.
Quality and transformation are the foundations of STELIA’s corporate culture, and are the driving forces behind its technical, operational, and commercial performance. In this role, you and your team will collaborate closely with various departments to continue developing and improving processes, focusing on ensuring the highest quality output while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.
