Job description

Background: U-Rite is transforming how the global commercial real estate industry underwrites, values, and manages the built world. U-Rite partners with leading real estate private equity, development, brokerage, and capital markets groups throughout North America in providing underwriting and software-as-a-service. We are seeking dynamic individuals who enjoy working both independently and collaboratively. Critical thinking skills are paramount. Position: The Ops Manager is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company. This position is multifaceted and encompasses a wide range of duties including sales support, invoicing and contract management, bookkeeping, payroll, HR management, and general office administration. You will: Financial Management: Support internal bookkeeping, including accounts receivable and payable, to maintain accurate financial records. Ensure meticulous recording and reconciliation of transactions. Invoicing and Contract Management: Efficiently create and manage client invoices and contracts, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with financial policies. Sales Operations: Collaborate with U-Rite’s Chief Revenue Officer to monitor and track sales processes and performance, identifying opportunities for optimization and implementing strategies to enhance sales efficiency. Data Management: Track and monitor crucial data to support strategic decision-making across operations, sales, and marketing. Human Resources Support: Assist with recruiting efforts, including job posting, screening, payroll, and onboarding processes. Provide ongoing HR support to ensure a productive and engaged team environment. Marketing Support: Contribute to general marketing efforts, helping to execute campaigns and analyze their effectiveness in promoting our real estate services Skills & Knowledge: Organized and detail-oriented, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in financial management/bookkeeping, with a strong understanding of financial records and processes. Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with team members, clients, and partners. A keen interest in real estate and marketing, with a desire to contribute to innovative marketing strategies. Creative problem-solver with a proactive approach to improving operations and sales processes
