• Passionate Performer: As a key member, consistently champion our market's vision, ensuring that we uphold the L’OCA Quality Market promise in every product and every interaction.
• Customer's Best Friend: From greeting customers with warmth, answering their bakery-related questions, to helping them make the best product choices, you're there for them!
• Bakery Savant: Have a keen understanding of our delectable offerings, from our crispy bread to our velvety pastries, and aid customers with ingredient and allergen inquiries.
• Versatile Maestro: Assist our Coffee Bar when needed, handling the Barista magic and serving that perfect brew.
• Operational Wiz: Efficiently manage orders, ensure the freshest products on display, adhere to health and safety regulations, and make sure our bakery remains the jewel of the market.

L’OCA Quality Market is an emerging specialty grocer and gourmet food retailer in Canada whose purpose is to “Spread the Love” by delivering a world-class food experience. Each location is comprised of a full artisanal market experience, including full-service restaurant(s), where traditional artisanal craftsmanship and service on the front end meets new world technology and innovation on the back end.
