CHIEF, FINANCIAL SERVICES

The Real Estate and Development Branch is looking for a Chief, Financial Services for an indeterminate position. The position is classified as a RÉ-07 ($105,786 to $136,312 per annum; 2021 rate of pay under review).

JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Vice-President, Real Estate and Development Branch, you will be responsible for the overall financial management of the Real Estate and Development Branch, including all accounting functions and financial reporting related to the entire real estate portfolio. You will ensure the quality of financial information and reporting and will play a leading role in financial decision-making. You will also provide senior management with strategic financial input and will oversee the overall accounting processes.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION: A degree from a recognized post-secondary institution with acceptable specialization in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or Commerce.

Must have a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation.

EXPERIENCE
A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in leadership of accounting and finance functions, including:
