Do You Have What It Takes? Here's What the Role Entails:
- Surface Preparation & Quality Application:* Expertly prepare surfaces for painting, ensuring optimal adhesion and durability.
- Apply paint and finishes with precision, showcasing attention to detail.
- Client Communication:* Ensure client satisfaction through effective communication, addressing their concerns and providing updates on project progress.
- Approachability: Be able to communicate not just with clients, but with neighbours, etc
- Project Management:* Organize and prioritize painting projects efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Oversee the coordination of tasks to deliver high-quality results.
- Collaboration with the Painting Team:* Foster a collaborative work environment within the painting team.
- Share insights and coordinate with team members to improve overall painting strategies.
- Marketing and Business Development* Drive additional work to the business through marketing efforts
- Strong communication with the community
Requirements:
- No previous painting experience required, just a willingness to learn
- A strong work ethic , attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills and customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage projects efficiently and work collaboratively with the team.

Job Type: Full-Time
Salary: $17.00-$23 per hour
Expected hours: 45-60 per week
