Job description


Were looking for a passionate, collaborative and detail-oriented person to come on board as our Help Desk Analyst. As a Help Desk Analyst, you will be part of the team responsible to answer, diagnose, resolve or escalate calls and emails from Conexus employees with operational, technical and computer-related issues.

Your time:
Single point of contact to support all Conexus Credit Union and Thrive employees, internal, and external partners in the area of policy, procedure, technical, and business operations.
First level support on all technical, hardware, software, and operational issues. This may include Conexus service outages, membership issues including but not limited to online banking, electronic transfers, demand accounts, registered products, and all loan accounts and applications that support the creation of lending accounts, working with and escalating issues internally or externally.
Flexibility with participating in the Help Desk 24/7 On Call rotation to support all Conexus Credit Union and Thrive employees with all needs described above.
Network user account administration including but not limited to creating, updating, and deleting network accounts in accordance with established policies. Security administration for access to all systems and programs.
Managing application and access delivery across Conexus in accordance with Account & Access Management policy. This includes but is not limited to configurations, maintenance, and problem resolution for all applications. Working with internal and external partners in establishing access guidelines for new applications & support.
Support and completion of the annual audit of all applications and programs of which access is granted in accordance with Account & Access Management policy
