We are the Volvo distributor for British Columbia and the Yukon, and our product line also includes, Metso crushing and screening equipment, Timberpro feller bunchers, Sennebogen material handlers, and Madill forestry products. As our Branch Manager you play an integral role in facilitating all aspects of branch operations to ensure a profitable outcome for the company. You are responsible for managing the day‐to‐ day operation of the branch in compliance with the company's established policies and procedures. As well as ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety programs. Working with the leadership team, you play a key role in attaining the company's short and long‐term objectives. As part of the management team, you play a key role in recruiting and developing our employees.

• Experience and Knowledge . You have recent successful experience of 3+ years with managing a team of at least 4 members – preferably more. You have strong industry knowledge or dealership management in a similar industry. B2B sales experience would be an asset, but this can be trained if you are strong in all other skills.
• Computer Literate . You're going to need strong computer skills to be proficient with our dealership software, and you'll need to be very comfortable with Microsoft products so that you can maintain and create meaningful, informative, and timely business reports.
