Job description

At Meadow Montessori we believe that all children are capable, contemplative, and creative. Following the BC curriculum, we’re seeking educators who naturally differentiate instruction, teach to the whole child, and advocate for student’s various learning and support needs. The ideal candidate will have experience planning and differentiating learning objectives, value collaboration between team members, and enjoy project based/multi modal engagement of learning. Applicants should have a strong sense of their individual educational philosophy, be community oriented, and align with our inclusive driven practices.

Nestled in a quaint heritage community, our school has been serving families for over 35 years. We have taught generations, entire families, starry eyed children that have grown up to become truly incredible human beings.

We are seeking a passionate and fully-qualified, Elementary Teacher with an appetite for growing young minds. Someone with charisma & heart, patience & values. A teacher that’s not afraid to get creative, interpret content & deliver it so that it’s truly understood. • Universal design planning experience.
• G rowth mindset and fully inclusive personal educational philosophy.
• BC Teaching Certification.
• Strong classroom management & communications skills.
