Successful graduates of the program have continued their careers with our client in various positions such as Outside Account Manager, Profit Center Manager, Technical Sales Specialists, Purchasers, Operations Managers, and more.

The  Strategic Development Program is a full-time entry-level position, where you will learn hands-on and receive the guidance, mentoring, and support you need to be successful in your career with our client.

Our client in the Plumbing Industry is currently looking for a Graduate Trainee on a permanent basis to join their growing team.

What we offer:

• Location: Sudbury, Ontario
• Reporting to: Location Manager
• Work Hours: Hours: Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM (overtime pay when busy with extended hours of work)
• Salary: $ 43,600/year - $2,000 increase after one year on average. Approximately - 5-10K profit share per year after moving out of warehouse training.
• Permanent Full time, with profit sharing and benefits.
• 3–4 year training program.

What you do:

As a Strategic Development Program Trainee, you will progress through a five phased program learning every aspect of our business from operations to sales, purchasing, shipping, and receiving, account management and everything in between.

Who are you:

• Must have College Diploma or Degree.
• Positive attitude and a results-oriented mindset
• Must have desire to continuously learn and grow.
• Excellent customer service and organizational skills
• Possess a strong work ethic and a high standard of integrity.
• Ability to work well independently and in a team setting.
• Prior skilled trades experience is an asset.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong working relationships with customers, vendors, and teammates.
• Experience in a warehouse setting is an asset.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications.
