We are looking for an Engineering simulation specialist . The objective of this position will be to complement the technical team already in place at our office in Laval.

We are both consultants and resellers of software solutions for Dassault Systems and MSC SoftwareHexagon. The engineering simulation expert is also a specialist in Dassault Systemes applications for Design & Simulation. Depending of his interest he could also be responsible for training and supporting our clients in addition to assisting the sales team in presale and postsales activities.
Summary of functions:
The Engineering Simulation Specialist specializes in realizing FEA/CFD/MBD simulation projects crossindustries. Responsibilities :
- Realize FEA/CFD/MBD Simulation projects as consulting services for different industries using several tools including SIMULIA ABAQUS 3DEXPERIENCE NASTRAN SIMPACK FEMAP/TMG.
- Create / modify 3D Designs using CATIA 3DExperience
- Realize structural dynamics and thermal analyses supporting product development.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Produce analysis reports.
- Realize optimization/DOE analyses.
- Realize testing and FE Model correlation.
- Participate in presales meeting doing technical demonstration of simulation software.
- Participate in Postsale activities (technical support).
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor in Mechanical engineering Preferably Master s degree or PhD
- 23 years of practical experience with FEA/CFD
- Experience with ABAQUS and nonlinear analyses
- Experience with CATIA & 3DEXPERIENCE
- Experience with PATRAN / APEX / NASTRAN
- Programming experience with Python
- Resourceful autonomous and selfmotivated
- Excellent learning skills
- Good written and oral communication skills in both French & English

Technical diploma or bachelor s in mechanical or industrial engineering in progress. Experience with CATIA V5 or 3DExperience. Knowledge of PLM software, ideally 3DExperience.
