Hours: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday

As we continue to grow, We are pursuing a dedicated Shipping Clerk to join our team.

Shipping Clerk Listing description As a Shipping Clerk, you will play a crucial function in the prosperous preparation and shipment of our client's products. Under general direction, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of internal and external shipping documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for accepting and distributing incoming deliveries.

Shipping Clerk Qualifications required

»High school diploma or equivalent.

»Previous practice in shipping or logistics is a plus but not required.

»Strong attention to detail and organizational expertise.

» capability to work independently and as part of a team.

»Excellent communication expertise, both written and verbal.

»Basic computer expertise, including Microsoft Office.

»Valid driver's license is a plus.

»Must be punctual and reliable.

Shipping Clerk Key Responsibilities:

»Prepare client's products for shipment, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.

»Complete and verify shipping documentation to ensure accuracy.

»Accept and distribute incoming deliveries, inspecting for damages and discrepancies.

»Maintain a clean and organized shipping area.

»Assist in inventory management by performing regular stock checks.

»Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow.

»Communicate with carriers and couriers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

»Provide excellent customer service to clients and internal teams.

»Perform other related tasks as assigned.
