As a Senior Content Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our strategic future. Your mission will be to lead and refine our content marketing strategy, focusing on building strong and effective partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to continue positioning Landbot in the AI Chatbot space. You will be the central pillar of our strategy to expand and enhance our market position and increase our brand’s visibility.
Responsibilities:
- Design and execute content marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and drive quality lead generation from our Ideal Customer Profiles.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external teams to create, review, and optimize relevant and compelling content for various channels such as our website, social media, press opportunities, and email marketing. This includes blog posts, client success stories, white papers, product launches, influencer marketing, and event participation.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key collaborators to maximize brand exposure.
- Monitor, track, and document content performance, analyzing data to determine content's impact on revenue and actioning those insights.
- Write, design, and produce impactful email content for lead nurturing and communication of important product updates. Conduct regular research and review customer demands, market trends, and search engine trends monthly to plan engaging content, incorporating it into the quarterly content plan.
- Take ownership of integrating digital content marketing initiatives across touch points, ensuring timely release for new products and initiatives.
- Demonstrate clear SEO knowledge and expertise in crafting compelling, well-optimized content. Collaborate with our agency to strategize and implement SEO initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement and sustained rankings.
- Stay informed about market trends and adhere to best practices in content marketing.
- Demonstrated experience in creating and executing effective content marketing strategies.
- Experience in the B2B content marketing space.
- Tools: Google Analytics 4, ClickUp, Notion, Webflow and SEMRush.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Solid knowledge of current trends and technologies in digital marketing.
- Ability to lead and build strong relationships with strategic collaborators.
- Results-oriented mindset and ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment.
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Spanish.
- Demonstrates excellent teamwork, growth mindset, and adaptability.
