Essential Duties/Responsibilities

·        Works with carrier and insured

·        Process and manages insurance claims

·        Communicate directions with department managers

·        Generates scope of work

·        Prepare and reviews estimates 

·        Budget files

·        Knowledge of Insurance guidelines and programs

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Drive, Share Point)

Physical Requirement 

• Must be able to stay in a stationary position up to 25% of the time 
• The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside offices to review franchisees’ business setup/model 
• Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machineries, such as a calculator, fax machine, copy machine, and computer printer.
• Must be able to observe and perceive information on a computer and documents 
• Must be able to communicate and converse with franchisees over the phone and face to face 

Work Environment  

The employee will be required to travel to rural locations within their region and be exposed to outdoor temperatures during travel. 

Compensation: $60,000.00 - $84,700.00 per year
