Job description
**Job Title:** Charge de Projet (Junior à Intermédiaire)
**Department:** Engineering **Reports To:** Project Manager **Summary:** The Charge de Projet (Junior à Intermédiaire) is responsible for supporting the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and control of assigned projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of general contracting and civil engineering principles, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Responsibilities:** * Assist the Project Manager in developing project plans and schedules * Manage project budgets and track project costs * Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors * Communicate with clients and stakeholders * Resolve project issues and conflicts * Prepare project reports and documentation * Other duties as assigned **Qualifications:** * Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field * 2-5 years of experience in project management * Strong understanding of general contracting and civil engineering principles * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite * Bilingual in English and French is an asset
