Operations Assistant Location: Whistler, BC

What You’ll Do

Advanced Parking is searching for their newest member of their team. If you have the drive and desire to help us provide the best service in the parking industry, we are very interested in speaking with you.

We are currently seeking a Parking Operations Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting the managing the operations in a portfolio of locations throughout Whistler.

Duties include:

• Scheduled enforcement of parking regulations at our locations within Whistler.
• Collection and deposit of revenue from each paystation.
• Installation and removal of monthly parking signage, as required.
• Installation of parking signage.
• General maintenance of parkades including sweeping of stairwells, litter control, removal/disposal of discarded items.
• Compliance at all locations to the Company audit program.
• Regular reporting of enforcement, occupancy, and general statistics.
• General reporting of parking consumption, as requested.
• Other general related duties.

What we Want from you:

• Live in the Whistler area with secured accommodation.
• Have a valid BC driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Able to provide an ICBC driver abstract.
• Be able to pass a back ground check.

• Frequently operate small office equipment such as a computer, tablet, and copier/printer, telephone.
• Work is performed in a professional office environment.

WORKING CONDITIONS: 
Work is performed indoors/outdoors for extended periods of time including up to the entire duration of shift.
