Job description

Our client is an award-winning multimedia production and design agency, and they have an opportunity for a meticulous, well-organized, and motivated Account Manager to join their team of hard working, really nice people, who love what they do!

The Account Manager will report to the Account Supervisor / Account Director, and is responsible for managing client projects, fostering client relationships, and identifying opportunities for project success. This includes successfully maintaining relationships with clients; determining client needs and acting on their behalf; managing projects including scope, strategy, budgets and timelines; providing strategic marketing and media solutions, including creative briefs and media strategy and planning. The ideal candidate has the ability to adapt and thrive in high pressure situations, and is a highly organized motivator with the ability to problem solve. The Account Manager collaborates with internal and external teams, and is responsible for building strong client/agency relationships based on achieving clients’ marketing objectives with efficiency and results.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Responsible for meeting the needs of all of clients, fielding requests for creative work and liaising directly with clients, media, suppliers and internal studio/creative teams
• Update status reports for projects as well as workload on a weekly basis
• Create, coordinate and track production schedules for all marketing materials
• Track, monitor, and guide projects to ensure consistency and standards
• Monitor copy, estimates, budgets, vendors, etc.
• Draft and distribute client changes to marketing materials. Update across all materials as necessary
• Coordinate with Media on deadlines/materials. Ensure that all media contracts are correct
• Track and research competitive landscape
• Coordination of printing quotes, and coordination of print production
• Co-ordination of general administrative work, as assigned by the Account Supervisor

Requirements
• Minimum 3 years experience in an advertising agency or real estate development marketing department (or related knowledge/experience)
• Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects simultaneously
• Acute attention to detail
• Ability to build strong and trusting client relationships
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• An understanding of and passion for branding, marketing and digital avenues
• Confident and persuasive presentation skills
• Team-oriented, positive, collaborative

Full-time, flex scheduling (3 days in office, 2 days remote/wfh)
