At Yukon Honda we have a wide array of products & brands we service i:e Honda cars/power products/recreation & outboard, Can-am/Ski-Doo, Husqvarna & KTM.
Position entail's but not limited to:
- Greeting customers and answering phones.
- Consulting with Technicians regarding necessary repairs and providing customers with quotes
- Using your knowledge of our products and services to sell or provide in-depth information about available parts and service options to customers.
- Answering questions about service outcomes, scheduling/booking appointments, assisting customers with vehicle drop-off, and vehicle pick-up
- Managing and overseeing the dealership's workflow and schedule.
- Calling customers to advise them about service changes or car pick-up times.
- Maintaining positive customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Ensuring all details on services rendered and costs are relayed to customers and processing their payments.
- Liaising with service technicians/parts counter persons about parts ordering and ensuring parts are available when needed.
Service Advisor Requirements:
- Experience in the automotive/power product field.
- A strong understanding of automotive/power product technology and the industry.
- Proficiency with computer based dealer operating systems
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational, decision making, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to communicate with technicians, parts persons, sales persons, customers, and management.
Wage will vary depending on experience.
