About Us


Western Libraries (WL) provides the library and archival expertise and infrastructure, information resources, technology, people, and spaces required to cultivate and mobilize knowledge, and accelerate excellence in teaching, research and scholarship.

Responsibilities


The Library Ambassador, Social Media will develop, plan, star in, and edit videos for the Western Libraries social media accounts.

Once a week they will meet with the Communications and Marketing Coordinator to share content ideas and check in on video progress.

Occasionally, library ambassadors will represent Western Libraries at campus events or assist with in-person promotions.


Qualifications

Education:
Applicants must be a full-time undergraduate student at Western University (enrolled in minimum 3.5 courses) or a full-time graduate student. Successful applicants must retain full-time student status for the duration of this appointment or be a student returning to full-time studies in the fall
