Job description


Determine And Establish Office Procedures.
Schedule And Confirm Appointments and Meeting of Employer.
Record And Prepare Minutes of Meetings.
Order Office Supplies and Maintain Inventory.
Greet visitors, ascertain nature of business and direct visitors to employer or appropriate person
May supervise and train office staff in procedures and in use of current software
Perform All the Duties Related to Position as Assigned by Manager.
Answer and direct phone calls as per the calls and messages left at voicemail.
Submit and reconcile expense reports, prepare and monitor invoices.
Resolve administrative problems
Receive, sort and distribute the mail.
