At OSL we are excited to partner with a Global Leader in Vaping and are looking to recruit a Store Manager in Ottawa .

As the Store Manager, you are the key to our success! You are an inspiring leader who knows how to build, mentor, and grow a successful, highly motivated team of fantastic sales associates. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will make sure your store is running efficiently and expertly. You will have an opportunity to build a great team, while managing operations and maximizing profitability.

A little more about the role:

• Build, manage and grow a team of winning sales associates
• This role requires a work hard, play hard attitude: “win at all costs (well…almost), and have fun while you’re doing it”
• Manage all aspects of store operations
• Grow sales month over month
• Manage inventory to ensure proper resupply of goods
• Establish clear, challenging, achievable goals for the store and sales team
• Strong understanding of retail store operations, merchandising and customer service

What you bring:

• 1-3 years’ experience in retail management
• The knowledge that when your team is successful, you are successful - your leadership style should reflect this
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional service, identify and satisfy customer needs, and manage the operational success
• Solid track record of managing budgets, forecasting sales, merchandising, and retail metrics
• Experience with recruitment, coaching, and leading a team of successful salespeople
• Detail-oriented, results-focused, problem solver with a proven ability to successfully manage multiple priorities
• Ability to work, days, evenings, and weekends
