  The Opportunity

  We are looking for 360 Recruitment professionals from within the Recruitment Industry who have a proven track record of success, an entrepreneurial spirit, and an alignment with RIM’s Core Values.

  Candidates will be managing a full 360 desk.

  Candidates work within a true team-based environment where collaboration is the cornerstone of success.   We offer extensive orientation; both live (virtual) and through our proprietary online LMS (Learning Management System) and we also offer hiring clients our unique Visual Advantage system which sets us apart from competitors.

  Qualifications:

• A minimum of 3+ years experience working a 360 desk within a recruitment / staffing agency firm environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven track record of success.
• Strong ethics and alignment with RIM’s Core Values.

Compensation

Recruiting in Motion pays excellent commissions on direct-hire placements and temp/contract net margin placements ( Please note as a 360 Recruiter there is no base salary or benefits. This is a pure commission based role ).
