As a pivotal member of our welding crew, you'll interpret welding procedure specifications, operate welding and cutting equipment, and uphold the highest quality standards. With your welding certifications, expertise in a dynamic and rewarding environment, and unwavering dedication to safety, you'll contribute to the successful completion of the project.

This exciting project kicks off on April 15th, 2024 and is a permanent position offering a Monday - Friday work schedule. As part of our team, you'll enjoy benefit eligibility after 300 hours, steady long-term work and a great team environment.

What would you be doing?  

• Interpret welding procedure specifications.  
• Read and interpret blueprints.  
• Prepare jigs or set-ups for welding.  
• Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment.  
• Operate manual or semi-automatic flame-cutting equipment.  
• Operate Oxygen arc cutting equipment and hoisting and lifting equipment.  

Does this sound like you?  

• Local to Vancouver/Port Moody area
• Journeyperson Welder
• Valid Safety Tickets: CSO
• Have and ensure safety as a top priority  
• Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication required.
• Physically capable of performing all necessary duties of the job, including but not limited to heavy pulling, pushing and lifting (up to 50 lbs), climbing, shoveling, bending, twisting, etc.

This position has been identified as a safety sensitive position and will require completion of drug and alcohol testing.
