Job Summary

Location: Eastern Health, St John's, NL

The Contract Business Director /  Project Manager is responsible for managing the commercial and contractual aspects of the Agreement, for ensuring that the deliverables of the agreement are met and that issues are properly escalated within the Governance process for resolution. 

Now, if you were to come on board as our Business Contract Director , we’d ask you to do the following for us:

• Oversees the Contract Change Management Process
• Monitor and manage the commercial and contractual aspects of the agreement
• Ensure the parties follow the statement of intent
• Ensure issues are properly escalated within the governance process for resolution.
• Review change requests, track open/closed requests, route the change requests through the approval and review process, implement changes to the agreement
• Manage escalations
• Drive service excellence and support transformation efforts through appropriate contractual and commercial arrangements.
• Coordinate the Pricing Model 
• Complete contract audits and provide input to improvement initiatives and business cases.
• Ensure statutory, regulatory and policy compliance
• Work collaboratively with the subcommittees and ensure sub-committee deliverables are met.

• 7-10 years of Project Management Experience
• Experience in working within a Healthcare environment and/or a Support Services role
• Solid written and verbal communication skills
• Change leader, Excellent leadership skills with ability to motivate and drive results
• Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
• Strong business acumen & professionalism
• Excellent computer skills and experience with Excel, PowerBI, Project Management Software
