Are you a Product Support Engineer with experience with a wide variety of technologies? Our client, an innovative SaaS-based technology company that is leader in loyalty and POS, is looking for a Product Support Manager.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering best-in-class products.

What you bring to the team:

·Proven experience as a Senior Software Engineer

·5+ years of software engineering in one or more of the following languages: Ruby on Rails, Python, C#.NET,

·Knowledge of web development technologies (HTML5, Javascript, CSS)

·Knowledge of Object-Oriented Programming and Design concepts

·Knowledge of Knowledge of DevOps and K8S, MySQL/SQL Zendesk and JIRA
