What you will do:
As an Inventory Control Lead, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our inventory processes, maintaining WIP visibility, and supporting our SAP ERP system. You will play a key role in optimizing our supply chain by overseeing all material procurement, inventory control, supply planning, and demand planning functions.
Collaborate with suppliers to negotiate pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
Create and manage purchase orders to ensure timely and minimal cost for delivery of materials
Monitor inventory levels, track usage, and manage reordering processes
Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies, perform cycle counts
Analyze demand forecasts and develop supply plans to meet repair volume needs
Identify potential supply chain risks and develop mitigation strategies
Measure repair costs per unit based on labor and parts used, regularly report out to stakeholders
Analyze historical sales and repair data to improve cost control and product availability, by improving the supply plan
What you need-
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field -required
4 years of experience of relevant experience – required
Procurement, inventory control, and supply chain management “preferred”
Proficiency in SAP ERP system, QuickBooks ERP System, and ARIBA Supplier Management Systems “preferred”
Advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting “preferred”
Strong negotiation and communication skills “preferred”
