About the Opportunity

The Hematology Quality Coordinator (HQC), under the direction of the Quality Lead Physician, Cell Therapy Transplant (CTT) Medical Director and the CTT Health Services Manager is responsible for the development and management of the daily operations of the CTT Quality program. This includes, monitoring and tracking of discrepancies, deviations, quality occurrences and corrective actions within the CTT program. 

 

The HQC initiates and supports the review, reporting revisions, validation and implementation of standard operating procedures. The HQC supports the implementation of process review, process controls through project management processes, education and training. The incumbent of this position supports the internal and external audit process, prepares the internal audit checklists, scheduling audit plan as well as prepares and summarize findings. The HQC implements and maintains the Document Control System, assists in the preparation, coordination, and response to external surveillance audits. This position also supports and coordinates the training, education and competency evaluation as it relates to the quality management system in relation to the highest quality of care and the safest for the CTT Patient.

Permanent, Full Time; 75 hours bi-weekly

Compensation and Incentives

$35.81 - $45.01 hourly
