This Logistics Supervisor position in Brantford is a permanent full-time opportunity. JOB DETAILS
Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Company: Randstad
Shift: Bi-weekly rotation days and nights, 12-hour shifts
Remuneration: $75-80k
Location: Brantford
This management position offers the challenge to manage a team of up to 10 people, coordinate the receipt, storage, and transport of raw materials to manufacturing and the loading and shipping of finished products, provide regular reporting and work with management among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Manage a team of up to 10 direct reports including employee timesheets, schedules and performance
Coordinate the receipt, storage, and transport of raw materials to manufacturing and the loading and shipping of finished products
Maintain Record PO receipts and outbound shipment details as well as work with the inventory team to ensure accuracy
Safely operate material handling equipment when required
Maintain all pertinent GMP standards and follow all food safety practices
Qualifications
At least 5 years experience in a leadership role within a warehousing/manufacturing environment (e.g. Team Lead, Line Lead, Supervisor)
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Forklift driving experience
Strong computer literacy
