Job description
We are a busy downtown Whitehorse shop offering high quality technical support for a diverse range of cyclists and their bikes. We take pride in offering expert repairs in an efficient manner. Modern bikes are complex and loaded with evolving technology. We are looking for someone with at least two years of shop experience who is strongly motivated to learn new things and expand their skills as well as being able to work on older equipment.
Good communication skills are required as is the ability to search out information on service procedures, follow and complete work orders, process warranty claims, and deal with customers.
Experience with suspension and hydraulic brake service is not required but is an asset. We will train you in house to improve your skills.
This is a full time seasonal job starting immediately and running until the end of October. There is the possibility of it becoming a year round full time position.
