Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes and cracks.
- Apply paint and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas.
- Clean and maintain painting tools and equipment.
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work area.
Experience:
- No prior painting experience required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work.
- Excellent customer service skills to interact with clients and address their painting needs.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and address their needs.
- Ability to follow instructions for specific painting projects.
- Excellent time management skills to complete projects within specified deadlines.
