Electronic Field Service Technician – Plattsville / Kitchener ON

For over 35 years this client has been servicing facilities including hospitals, retirement homes and others that utilize security cameras, nurse call systems, access control, sounds systems, door access, CCTV, etc. Here’s an opportunity for a Tech who’d like the opportunity to travel SW Ontario servicing customers and learning new technologies.

Wage: $30 – $37 hourly DOE

Shifts:  Mon – Fri day shift. On call rotation with extra pay. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of relevant experience servicing electronic systems such as CCTV and door access control (extensive training provided on their specific technologies)
• Strong understanding of electronics and mechanically inclined
• Electronic Technician college certificate preferred but not required
• CCTV, security system, access control service, and installation experience in large facilities such as hospitals, retirement homes, etc. 
• Troubleshooting security panel-style systems such as Paradox, Keyscan, or RBH. 
• Valid DL with clean abstract required
• Must be bondable
• Willingness to travel throughout SW Ontario and GTA
• Must reside within 40 minutes of Plattsville ON 
• A professional representative of the client
