We have partnered with our client in retail loss prevention who is looking to add an INSTALLATION PROJECT MANAGER to their team!
Position: Installation Project Manager

Hours: Monday - Friday Day Shift
Salary Expectations: $75, 000 - $95,000 + bonus (based on experience)

Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
- Conduct or direct to junior support staff (current install coordinator duties)
- Process and schedule new system installations using CRM.
- Ship required product to meet installation schedule. Ensure all applicable devices are configured and completed prior to shipping date. Provide technicians with tracking information.
- Interface with Technical Services Engineers, Texas Team (configurations), ASP Vendor, General contractors, Electricians and Tile vendors to complete installation.
- Responsible for communication and status reporting of the installation schedule to customers and team. Confirm location hours, noise ordinances, electrical and flooring requirements and product arrival, etc.
- Review technician installation paperwork to confirm installation is complete and correct.
- Communicate and interact with Account Relationship Managers to revise purchase orders and site plans as required.
- Update Install card and System Monitor date in company’s ERP system for each installation.
- Follow up on system installs to make sure they are on schedule; receive daily updates from technicians.
- Schedule mock Go Lives with technician/ASP Vendor and the Technical Services team; coordinate Go Lives with sales team.
- Process return labels and RMA’s for unused product. Follow up to confirm product was returned.
- Verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Post new installation orders in Company’s order processing system upon completion of the job.
- Attach required documents and process installation orders for invoicing daily.
- Anticipate or problem solve on any potential internal issues; document internal issues (warehouse, INO stores, delays, shortages).
- Identify key barriers/core problems and apply problem solving skills to deal creatively with complex situations.
- Independently performs assignments with instructions limited to the expected results.
- Occassional travel (less than 5%) to customer sites and during the training period may be required
Qualifications
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in managing projects; construction and/or other technical projects.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Microsoft CRM experience
- PMP certification preferred.
